ABOUT

Dan Brady has worked in Washington state law, politics, and civic affairs for more than 25 years, including serving on the staff of elected officials and as a professional manager and consultant to political campaigns. He has served as legal counsel to a variety of advocacy organizations and campaigns with budgets ranging from a few thousand dollars to more than $30 million.

 

Dan’s statewide practice focuses on tax-exempt organizations and political law including election, campaign finance and public disclosure regulation as well as the law of government and public affairs and lobbying. Dan also provides counsel during the formation and ongoing governance of tax-exempt organizations.

Dan received his Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Political Science from the University of Washington and his J.D. from Seattle University.
